3 Weddings 1 Look
Wedding season was short and intense this year. Within a span of 14 days we attended three weddings. It was fun but exhausting. The easiest part of this busy schedule? Deciding what to wear.
With the exception of my husband, there were completely different guests at each celebration. This meant I could repeat the same outfit three times and no one would be the wiser (until I wrote about it here). Now I know some people might enjoy a change in their wardrobe but I personally loved the fact I had a uniform to rely on each time.
The dress might seem familiar to some. I bought it last April for my daughter's baptism. This Vince Camuto was a steal at T.J. Maxx. I love the pockets, which can be hard to come by in a dress. I find the pattern busy enough that accessories are limited to earrings.
I've paired the dress with a Kate Spade cardigan, a hand me down from my Mom. The clutch is also Kate Spade, making this ensemble a nod to the late designer. From my early teens on I've appreciated the simple feminine styles the Kate Spade brand offered. The pieces the this outfit together.
Shoes can be tricky for a wedding. It's finding that balance between fashionable and comfortable. These shoes from Target fit the bill. After wearing them for 12 hours at a time my feet experienced zero discomfort.
I truly believe in maximizing the mileage on an outfit and this particular ensemble was no exception.
